PRINCE2 Practitioner

Introduction:

PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments), is a widely used project management method that navigates you through all the essentials for running a successful project. PRINCE2 is a flexible method and is aimed at all types of projects. PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner course will acquaint professionals with this de facto standard developed and used extensively by the UK government and used in the private sector internationally. It embodies established and proven best practices in project management. This course will prepare you for both PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner and the benefits of obtaining this certification will far out weight the PRINCE2 certification cost. PRINCE2 certification is meant for managers and professionals who wish to acquire expertise in project management by applying certain guidelines and best practices as mentioned in PRINCE2 standard. This course provides delegates with a thorough understanding of the PRINCE2 project management methodology. During the course the candidates will be introduced to the roles, principles, themes and processes that form the structure of PRINCE2. It will also explain the various PRINCE2 management products that will help delegates deliver projects in a coordinated, consistent and transparent manner. Throughout the course, delegates understand the benefits of adopting the PRINCE2 methodology.

The course will give you additional tools and techniques to become a confident project leader. By working with world-class organizations, we are uniquely able to bring you a course that will give you the best opportunity to develop your project management career and deliver PRINCE2 projects confidently and competently, above and beyond just the syllabus areas. The purpose of the Practitioner qualification is to confirm whether the candidate has achieved sufficient understanding of how to apply and tailor PRINCE2 in a scenario situation. A successful Practitioner candidate should, with suitable direction, be able to start applying the method to a real project but may not be sufficiently skilled to do this appropriately for all situations. Their individual project management expertise, complexity of the project and the support provided for the use of PRINCE2 in their work environment will all be factors that impact what the Practitioner can achieve.
