Influential Presentation Skills & Report Writing
People identified as strong communicators rise in any organization or business. It is a myth that good presentations are made only by people born with a natural gift. All of us can become both competent and confident when speaking to either a large audience, chairing a meeting or making face-to-face presentations with the management team. The techniques used on this course are based on research into audience reactions to different styles of speaking, so coaching is geared to the actual likes and dislikes of audiences.
Making a presentation or submitting a report means only one chance to make an impression that people will buy into. Understanding and knowing a subject is not enough to gain the trust and commitment of the audience. The presentation and documents must be well planned, clear and logical to avoid any doubts and loss of trust. This course will provide participants with skills to polish their presentation techniques and achieve personal and business goals through delivering an impressive presentation and improve clarity and effectiveness of report writing for better customer relations, clear communication and avoidance of misunderstandings.
By the end of this course, delegates will be able to:
Managers, Executives, Managers, Team Leaders, Superintendents, Chief Engineers, Senior Engineers, Newly Qualified Engineers, Plant Managers, Project Managers, Quality Managers, Technical Managers, Supervisors, Financial Officers and Controllers, Process Managers, Strategic Planning Managers, Key Personnel, Champions, Officers, Supervisors, Department Heads, Engineers, Foremen, anyone in managerial and administrative positions, Engineering Professionals, Project and Design Engineers, Technical Operational Staff, Technical Sales Staff, Research and Development Professionals, Technical Personnel, Maintenance and Supervisory Managers, Maintenance Planning Staff, Technical Managers, Project team members
